The Magnolia Park district has many unique little shops and this one is decorated with a second story! There may be other stories on the inside of Encore Nouveau, located at 3322 Magnolia Blvd. at the corner of Lima.

The artwork was done by Sara J. Bodwell, painter and muralist.

You can see this bit of wildlife on Burbank Blvd at the corner of Parish.  The building is unmarked but I'm guessing it's the Moose Lodge. From what I understand this has been newly repaired after some sort of accident.  Even though I don't see his signature, I've been told by mutual friends that local artist, teacher and rising art star, Randall Williams painted and repainted it.  I've seen him create a charcoal masterpiece of Jimi Hendrix in less than 30 minutes so I would assume he whipped this out in a couple of hours!

It is fun to drive by this business and have a sneak peak at women enjoying their beauty treatments.

These lovely ladies grace the Shampayne Hair Studio at 2216 Burbank Blvd.There is a parking lot to the side of the building where these paintings can be seen.
